I’ve lived in New England all my life, so I’m no stranger to snow and cold weather. But it took a snowstorm for me to realize my toddler is without sufficient mittens. Can’t have that!
Luckily I was able to find a free crochet pattern for toddler mittens and even better was that the pattern is SO easy to follow! A beginner could even nail this one in an evening.

Toddler Mittens

My daughter gleamed when I told her I was making a pair of mittens for her, and when I asked what color she would like she didn’t hesitate to tell me “red!” and then proceeded to jump up and down. Love that girl, such a great spirit! My yarn stash has been dwindling, but I had 3/4 of a skein of ranch red Lion brand Wool-Ease in my yarn bin that was perfect for this project.

The pattern is called Crochet Toddler Mittens Ceyla by Kinga Erdem of “My Hobby is Crochet” and can be found HERE: Many thanks to Kinga for sharing the pattern for all to enjoy!
